Seriously, I think there should be a manager now to regularly blog as well. Technically, this blog should have been written about 7 weeks ago. Nevertheless...
The debut album of BlendzZ was released on the Jan 10th, 2015 at GM Rejoyz, (No, we didn't hire it because it had Z too, but the auditorium was really kickass). What we also released on the same day was our first video song - Phir ek baar.
We had a couple of interviews taken, which were published in the week of the event day. And atleast one of them in the audience had come by finding out about us in the newspaper, or so I'm told.
Invitees mainly comprised of family, friends, sponsors, contributors and extended circles of all people. The CD was released by Vid. Suchethan Rangaswamy, who was accompanied by his lovely violinist wife - Vid. Sindhu Suchethan.
The whole event had the band performing unplugged versions of bits of the songs on the CD, giving trivia all the way and having people who have contributed to the album share their experiences.
The album has been well received so far, with about 1000 copies having been sold in physical form.
